V. V. M’s R. M. Salgaocar Higher Secondary School is the oldest HSS which started in 1975 and has been catering to the needs of STD XI and XII Commerce students as well as Vocational Students. The Vocational Courses offered are Accountancy and Auditing, Computer Technique and Office Management.
The cardinal prospect of education is to provide well integrated system that equips the students for a holistic competence.
V. V. M’s R. M. Salgaocar’s goal is to provide an augmented educational basis that forms a portal to assist learners built their skills for positive outcomes. We emphasize on e-learning that is soon going to be a full-fledged medium that will aid a learner with references, additional knowledge and so on.
Our institution dispenses a convergence of opportunities, strengthens a student’s power to excel and empowers every learner to exploit their potential as well as motivates them towards a path of achieving their individual goals.
We strongly believe that education should be complemented with good values and ethics that mould a learner to influence a society or a community as a whole. When we refer to this aspect that is vital to students extra-curricular activities play a major role alongside our curriculum.
Our HSS aims at maximizing learning and developing strong positive personalities. We are aware that our students come from different backgrounds which might sometimes needs counseling interventions to boost a particular student’s self-esteem and motivate them to be team players and in general groom students to be good citizens.
Our team of educators rise above the normal to make this noble goal for the students possible. Without each of them teaching as well as non-teaching staff this mission would be impossible.
