“Education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire.” – William Butler Yeats

On the 27th of April 2024, our school bid adieu to our two esteemed veteran Hindi teachers, Tr Ijjatkhanu Mahmad and Tr Satya Sharma who have dedicated years to shaping the minds and hearts of countless students at Vidya Vikas Academy. The farewell ceremony was an amalgamation of gratitude, reminiscence, and heartfelt wishes for their future endeavors.

The event commenced with a warm welcome extended to all attendees and family members of the teachers attaining their superannuation, followed by a soulful prayer service invoking blessings for the departing teachers. Our Principal, in her address, eloquently expressed the profound impact these teachers had on both the institution and students, highlighting their unwavering dedication and commitment to excellence.

As melodies of farewell resonated through the hall, songs were sung for the departing teachers, reflecting the sentiments of the entire school community. Ex- Students and students studying in the institution took the stage to share anecdotes and experiences, recounting cherished memories and lessons learned under the guidance of these stalwarts.

The veteran teachers, in turn, graciously shared their experiences garnered over the years through poems and power point presentation.
